Remove all food from refrigerators, freezers, pantries, and storage closets; move it off-site.
Raise all blinds and drapes for window access.
Turn off all gas flames and pilot lights in fireplaces and appliances.
Remove all pets (including fish and caged or non-caged animals) and houseplants.

Trim outdoor plants so they are at least 18 inches from the structure.
Rake rock, gravel, bark, or mulch at least 12 inches away from the structure.
Detach any fences contacting the structure.
Provide a garden hose for soil treatment by the applicator.
Provide a set of keys for exterior doors, gates, and garages if applicable.
Pack bags and arrange lodging for your family and pets for 2–3 days.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We discovered a termite problem over the weekend. Called Bevis first thing Monday morning. Ben came out, inspected, identified, created a plan, Amanda sent the quote, and because we had plans to leave town on Tuesday, they were able to treat first thing in the morning. Ben and his crew were friendly, professional and efficient. We opted to purchase the year round coverage. Feeling blessed and relieved. Thanks Bevis for a job well done. We highly recommend this locally, family owned business.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. After interviewing several pest control companies, including major chains that were no call no show, we choose Bevis Pest Control. Their technician who did our inspection was more honest, hardworking, and truthful than any other technician that came to our house!!! He took his time to find the problem areas that could have led to termites damaging our home and really cared about helping. If you are looking for a company with integrity values, they are the one to choose.
