Pest Control for Alvin's Older Homes, Acreage and New Subdivisions

About half of Alvin’s homes were built between 1970 and 1999, and roughly one in eight is a manufactured home. Older homes and homes with skirting give termites and rodents more places to hide, so our inspections cover the crawlspace, skirting, attic and every wood-to-ground contact point we can find.

The newer side of Alvin looks different. Kendall Lakes and the subdivisions off FM 528 and FM 1462 have slab foundations, young landscaping and retention ponds. Fire ants and mosquitoes are the first complaints there, with termites showing up a few years in.
